This is to distribute and sell, according to your words. It doesn’t say you can’t grow food or give a tomato to your neighbor. What is the current vegetable and fruit market like already? Local based? And if so are the local providers already certified, thus won’t lose anything? Lastly, sure it may indicate not to share food with your neighbor, but will that finitie of an act be found out and acted upon?

You are generating opposition to this bill, but it would be nice to know the name of the bill so we can write our MPs.

Something this ridiculous suggests corporate agenda, and I really can’t stand to see our country become the USA. I would like to email my MP but cannot find anything else related to this besides your video.
