It does say Alaska State Fair. If this is State property then he is on public propery. But even if it is not he should have a case for assault. The crowd should have thrown the guards out.

Ijust saw this video – what ever happened in this case? Were the security guards fired, or what?

I just wrote to the Governor of Alaska to voice my anger, and I live far from Alaska.

The Man is correct – we are supposed to have “free speech”, but the truth is that we only have “free speech” if we agree with the liberals. I hope this man sues for assault!

I would like to know the outcome of his trial, if he is allowed one!

We all need to drop the bit about citizenship. Whether it’s all true or not, it’s been beat to death. The actions of Obama while in office speak loud and clear for themselves and are grounds enough to want to get him out of office.
Our country cannot borrow and spend it’s way out of a recession. We need to do something to bring jobs back into the US. This is going to require doing something to discourage US corporations from outsourcing and/or moving production to other countries. Those are things that a good corporate citizen would never do; if they cannot see the destruction they are causing to our country, it is our government’s responsibility to do something about it.
Much of the ‘stimulus’ money did more to enrich other countries than it did to help the US.
Anyway, back to the subject at hand. This man is obviously panicked by the direction he sees our country going in. He got unneccesarily loud but did not ‘resist arrest’ or do anything to justify being grabbed and forced to the ground. That is a clear case of assault and hopefully is treated as such.

Nation of Islam members stand on the corners of every major city in America selling their racist little rag of a newspaper and nothing happens to them. This guy was a nutcase but he still has a right to free speech. These are indeed sad times. The country becomes more divided everyday. Our country is being destroyed from within by our morally bankrupt leaders on both sides of the aisle. The money spent by this administration will force the citizenry to seek more and more help until we are a socialist/marxist society, just as Obama wants.

We can see those fat so call girls must be brought off by Obama ! They should do it to the one that is destroy America & will not prove he is legally born here

This is the worst miscarriage of justice that I have ever heard of. Those so-called policemen are just big bullies. Have we lost our freedom of speech along with everything else since the current president has been in office? Shame, shame on Alaska for allowing such cowardly behavior.

You say this guy is a “nut case” but I have to disagree with that description, I think he is a patriot and was willing to do this to prove a point. That point is that the good ol USA is going down real fast.

What, if any, reglations were there at the park site concerning signs, plaques, etc. What restrictions were in place at the park? Were any advertising signs,plaques,etc. not alowed on site? if so, in what degree of advertising messages not alowed to be present? What designates advertising material on this site? Any Political views allowed/not allowed at this gathering? Posting of such at entrance to this site? These are some of the questions that need answering.

Now, concerning the happenings according to this vieo. As obumaass said “cops acted stupidly” A touchy situation, a riot could have occured but on the other hand to gather media attention possibly the only way to go. It’s time for the people at this gathering site to contact thier representative and demand an investigation. The people should also inform as many people possible about this occurance, don’t let it rest. Violence is strictly the very last avenue of resort, violence is what the left(obumAASSes ideologs) wants. Top Down Bottom Up Inside out is the matra for them. Don’t fall into it! Choke the lines in Wahington to the Politicians, air waves on talk shows, get involved people.
